Thinking about getting a tattoo? It's a big decision! We know that sometimes the first step can feel a little intimidating.
At K.1 TATTOO, we want to make the experience as smooth and comfortable as possible.

When you reach out, please be sure to include your reference photos, the approximate size you want, and where you’d like the tattoo placed.
From there, we will get you booked in for a FREE 45-minutes consultation to discuss your design in detail!
Consultation & Booking
Step 2
The first consultation is FREE (45-minutes). Think of it as a conversation with your artist where we can dive into the details of your project and review your reference photos.
By the end of the consultation, you will walk away with a finalized creative direction and a clear price quote for your piece. Once you are ready to book your tattoo appointment, we will go over a quick list of shop policies, and collect a standard deposit to secure your spot.
The Tattoo Day
Step 3
On the day of your tattoo, please arrive on time, well-rested, and well-fed! We also ask that you avoid consuming alcohol beforehand and keep your skin well-moisturized. Taking care of these simple steps is essential for managing pain, keeping your energy up, and getting the best possible result for your new tattoo.
You will need to fill out a quick consent form, sit down with your artist to view your design. After confirming, we will apply a temporary stencil to your skin so you can see exactly how the size and placement look. Once you are 100% happy with it, we’ll begin!
What to wear?
We highly recommend wearing comfortable clothing. During appointment, pigment can occasionally spread, so don't wear anything you'd be heartbroken to get dirty!
Aftercare
Step 4
At the end of your tattoo apppintment, we will provide you with an aftercare sheet and detailed instructions to take home. You are always welcome (and encouraged!) to send us photos of your healed piece, as well as any questions you might have.
